CVS Health is recruiting for a Store Management program role in the United States. The program is designed to develop you into a CVS Store Manager through a structured 16-week training with both virtual and hands-on experiences.

You will work closely with a District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach to build leadership and operational skills, including customer care, merchandising, and inventory management, with a strong emphasis on CVS values.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication to lead your team.
• Customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
• Merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.

Responsabilités

• Actively engage with your leader in Key Learning Experiences to support your path to promotion.
• Support your store as a management team member and lead in CVS values and policies.
• Engage colleagues in support of CVS’s purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
• Be willing to accept promotion roles within the market you work in.
• Transfer to CVS stores in the designated market as needed.
