Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the professional and retail operations of store and team members involved.
• Oversee delivery and installer/service staff and merchandising specialists.
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes.
• Manage staff performance evaluations and pay increases.
• Support store manager in safety training and compliance.
• Maintain delivery fleet records and vehicle upkeep.
• Monitor KPI dashboards and monthly P&L with store manager.
