Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise professional and retail store operations and teams.
• Recruit, test, hire, evaluate, promote, discipline, and discharge staff with district/store management.
• Train new team members and conduct performance evaluations; recommend pay increases.
• Assist in recruiting tasks and interviewing candidates; collaborate with management on selections.
• Support safety training and compliance; ensure proper scheduling and payroll processes.
