• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in sales, appearance, and overall store operations.
• Supervise store team members and coordinate with district/store management.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; participate in interviews and candidate selection.
• Ensure safety compliance and provide training across areas.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and timekeeping; monitor KPI dashboards and store P&L.
