Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise professional and retail operations of store and team members.
• Recruiting, testing, hiring, evaluating, promoting, disciplining and discharging team members under supervision.
• Train new team members and perform performance evaluations; recommend pay increases.
• Assist in hiring by conducting interviews and coordinating with management on selections.
• Support safety training and compliance; ensure staff training across areas.
