Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the professional and retail operations of store and team members involved.
• Recruiting, testing, hiring, evaluating, promoting, disciplining and discharging team members under supervision.
• Train new team members and handle performance evaluations.
• Assist in the hiring process with recruitment tasks and interviews.
• Support store manager and management team ensuring safety compliance and training.
• Make sales calls and schedule weekly customer calls.
• Manage delivery fleet and maintain records for each vehicle.
• Oversee payroll entry and timekeeping systems.
• Review monthly P&L and KPI dashboards with store manager.
