Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Fresno is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to lead sales and store operations. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train, and motivate Teammates, while supporting merchandising, cashiering, and routine store cleaning.

The role includes acting as Store Manager in their absence and advancing from AIT to higher responsibilities. The position offers a structured path, base pay with commission for Teammates, and

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver excellent guest service.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays.
• Retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Lead by example with leadership actions and a high level of customer service.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates; mentor in absence of Store Manager.
• Manage visual standards and merchandising; ensure a clean, shoppable store.
• Support store operations, scheduling, Loss Prevention and POS procedures.
