Job summary

The Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to drive a friendly, high-energy shopping experience. You will lead sales, merchandising, and store operations, partnering with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit Teammates and train others.

This is a progression role from AIT with expanded responsibilities. The role offers comprehensive benefits, competitive pay ranging from $19 to $23 per hour, eligibility for bonuses, and a Teammate discount, along with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise; assist in locating items.
• Develop sales, recruit Teammates and provide leadership with Store Manager and Leadership Team.
• Train and motivate Teammates and act as Store Manager in their absence.
• Apply the Buckle sales process to maximize guest experience and sales.
