Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to join our leadership team. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, merchandising excellence, recruitment, and staff development.

You will train Teammates, share responsibility for daily operations, and step in as Store Manager when needed. This role builds toward higher leadership responsibilities within Buckle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Assist in training and motivating Teammates and act as Store Manager in their absence.
• Lead by example in leadership, recruitment, and development of Team Members.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates to meet Buckle’s standards and goals.
• Support store management with merchandising, scheduling, and sales generation.
