Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to enhance the guest experience and lead store operations.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train, and motivate Teammates, while driving sales and maintaining merchandising standards. The role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager with higher responsibilities, including leadership duties, staff development, and ensuring excellent guest service across all areas of the

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent.
• Experience in leadership, training Teammates, and supervising.
• Ability to travel and cover other stores within the district as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Lead and train Teammates to meet Buckle’s standards and sales goals.
• Assist Store Manager in recruiting, interviewing and onboarding new Teammates.
• Plan sales goals with Store Manager and manage daily store operations.
• Demonstrate ownership of store’s sales performance and customer service standards.
