The Buckle, Inc. is hiring an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to help fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests.

The role involves sales, merchandising, and operational duties under store management, with progression from AIT to an elevated management position. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit Teammates, train staff, and support leadership during the absence of the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist Store Management with sales, merchandising, and daily operations.
• Lead and train Teammates; act as Store Manager in their absence.
• Support recruiting and development of new Teammates.
• Maintain store standards for visuals, customer service and loss prevention.
