Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Clovis, NM seeks an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to drive sales and lead Teammates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train, and motivate staff, while ensuring top-notch guest service and store standards.

As a progression role from AIT, you will carry higher responsibilities, participate in merchandising, and help manage daily operations to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our guests.
