The Buckle, Inc. is hiring for an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to support our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests.

The role involves sales, merchandising, and operational duties, working directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit teammates, and provide leadership. It also prepares you to act as Store Manager in their absence.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required, or equivalent combo with related retail experience.

Responsabilidades

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Lead by example with showmanship, customer service, and attentiveness across the store.
• Recruit and develop Teammates; train and motivate staff, including onboarding new teammates.
• Assist Store Manager and Leadership Team in daily operations, sales, merchandising and trainings.
• Assist in management duties in the Store Manager's absence and ensure policy compliance.
