O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks an Assistant Manager in training to support store operations in MA. You will supervise teams across professional and retail functions, drive sales, ensure safety, and help recruit, train, and develop staff.

Bilingual abilities are a plus, with ongoing management development programs available. Responsibilities include coaching, evaluating performance, payroll tasks, and KPI monitoring to optimize store profitability while maintaining a high standard of customer service

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience with automotive parts and systems is preferred.
• Ability to manage teams, supervise operations, and coordinate trainings.
• Willingness to complete management training programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store and team operations, including delivery and installer services.
• Collaborate with district/store managers on hiring, evaluations, and promotions.
• Train new team members and conduct performance reviews.
• Support safety training and scheduling; participate in weekly meetings.
• Assist in customer calls, store operations, and payroll processes.
• Monitor gross profit, returns, price matching, and KPI dashboards.
• Review monthly P&L with the store manager and discuss opportunities.
