O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training to support store operations, sales, and team leadership. The role provides hands-on training aimed at preparing you for a management position at this or another location.

Required: High School Diploma, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, and completion of Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program. Bilingual candidates are encouraged.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store and team members in professional and retail operations.
• Coordinate hiring, training, and performance evaluations with management.
• Support store manager with safety, scheduling, and payroll processes.
• Assist in recruiting tasks and interviews to ensure qualified candidates are selected.
• Manage delivery fleet maintenance and ensure store/HUB is clean and organized.
• Review KPI dashboards, pricing, and monthly P&L with store manager.
