Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our management team. This role focuses on supervising store staff alongside the Store Leader, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving merchandising initiatives.

You will develop leadership within the team, hire and train associates, and ensure a clean, safe, and well-stocked store while promoting our loyalty program and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or supervisory role.
• Ability to supervise and train store staff alongside Store Leader.
• Experience in merchandising and marketing program implementation.
• Experience with cash handling and fuel transactions.
• Must maintain clean, safe store environment and compliance with health and sanitation procedures.
• Strong communication and intrapersonal skills.
• Must have valid driver''s license and auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching with Store Leader.
• Recruit, develop and retain qualified staff.
• Implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash and fuel transactions and promote loyalty program.
• Maintain clean, safe, in-stock store conditions.
