7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will oversee staff, deliver exceptional customer service, and help execute merchandising and marketing programs. This full-time role offers training and advancement opportunities with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader.
• Demonstrated strength in retaining staff and developing leaders.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Capable of handling cash, fuel transactions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe store with proper health procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with computer tools; Word and Excel preferred.
• HS diploma or GED preferred, with retail management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching with the Store Leader for all staff.
• Develop leaders, promote productivity, and maintain high retention.
• Assist in executing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, fueling transactions, and loyalty program promotion.
• Maintain clean, safe conditions and stock levels per health standards.
