Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join the management team in a full-time role. The position focuses on leading store staff, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting merchandising and marketing initiatives.

A path exists toward a Store Leader trajectory with growth opportunities in a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires the ability to train, coach, and develop personnel, manage cash and fuel transactions, promote the loyalty program, and maintain

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching.
• Develop leaders, identify qualified applicants, empower employees, and encourage productivity.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment per health and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; not required with Retail Management experience.
• Valid Driver’s License from the state of residence with automotive liability insurance.
• Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader for all staff.
• Identify qualified applicants, develop leaders, empower employees, and boost retention.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty program.
