Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred or demonstrated supervisory ability.
• Ability to oversee customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, coaching, and training with the Store Leader.
• Develop leaders, retain staff, and encourage productivity in the store.
• Assist in merchandising and marketing program implementation and loyalty promotion.
• Ensure cash handling, fuel transactions, and store standards are maintained.
