Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. The role focuses on supervising staff, delivering top-tier customer service, and driving merchandising and promotional initiatives. You will work closely with the Store Leader, train and develop staff, manage operations, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining a safe, clean store environment.
