Qualifications
- Experience supervising store staff and leading a team.
- Strong customer service leadership and coaching abilities.
- Ability to implement merchandising and marketing programs.
- Cash handling and fuel transaction competency.
- Commitment to health and sanitation procedures and in-stock products.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- High School diploma or GED preferred; one year retail management experience acceptable.
- Valid driver’s license from state of residence.
- Able to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.
