Cumberland Farms in Auburn, ME seeks a high-energy retail leader for our Managers In Training program. You will support the Store Manager, develop a strong team, ensure in-store availability, and uphold food safety standards while delivering excellent guest service.

This full-time role involves varied shifts, includes training weeks with a Training Manager, and offers a clear path to store leadership within our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School or GED.
• Minimum experience: 1 year in retail or food.
• Preferred experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, coaching.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and ensure 100% in-stock status.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety in locations with hot food.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness interior and exterior; ensure coffee station and food service areas are spotless.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager or District Manager.
