Job summary

Cumberland Farms is seeking energetic leaders to join our Managers In Training program. You will learn day‑to‑day store operations, train with experienced managers, and help develop a strong team to deliver an exceptional guest shopping experience.

Primary duties include coaching team members, ensuring in‑stock shelves, and maintaining food safety and quality standards across our locations. This role offers full‑time hours, growth opportunities, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED
• Preferred Experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role
• ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile, delivering exceptional customer service
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, and coaching
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor, rotate stock, keep shelves full and in-stock
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs for locations with hot food
• Maintain store cleanliness inside and outside, including coffee station and restrooms
• Operate the cash register efficiently and support store operations as needed
