Responsabilités

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and keep stock full.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs where applicable.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness and ensure coffee and food service areas are well-kept.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and support store operations.
• Support leadership in food service environments and help cover gaps as needed.
