Cumberland Farms is seeking a high-energy retail leader to join our management team as a Managers In Training. You will support the Store Manager in building a strong team, managing daily operations, and delivering an exceptional guest shopping experience across a Cumberland Farms location.

You will train with seasoned leaders, rotate through shifts, and learn all aspects of running the store, from merchandising to food service operations, with growth opportunities across our nationwide network.

Competenze

• High school or GED required.
• 1 year retail or food experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification a plus but not mandatory.

Mansioni

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team through training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor, rotate stock, ensure 100% in-stock levels.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs where hot food is offered.
• Operate the cash register in an efficient manner and support store operations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or District Manager.
