Cumberland Farms in the United States seeks ambitious Managers In Training to learn how to operate a Cumberland Farms convenience store from our experienced leaders. You will train with Managers, rotate shifts, and gain hands-on experience in guest service and store operations.

After training you join our bench leadership, with growth opportunities as stores operate 24/7 across 1500+ sites nationwide, all while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• Preferred Experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role.
• Preferred Licenses/Certifications: ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile; deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and keep stock full.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs in hot-food locations.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and support store operations.
