Cumberland Farms is seeking a high-energy retail leader to join our team as a Manager in Training. You will support the Store Manager, develop a strong team, and deliver an exceptional guest shopping experience across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• Minimum Experience: 1 year retail, guest service or restaurant in a leadership role.
• Preferred Licenses/Certifications: ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team through training and coaching.
• Monitor product levels, ensure 100% in-stock and maintain clean, organized shelves.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising and food safety where applicable.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and support shifts as needed.
