Job summary

Cumberland Farms is seeking a high-energy retail leader for a Managers In Training role at a Cumberland Farms convenience store. You will assist in building a strong store team, train staff, schedule, and coach team members while maintaining in-stock merchandise and high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• Minimum Experience: 1 year retail or food experience.
• Preferred Experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role.
• Preferred Licenses/Certifications and Skills: ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile; deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, coaching.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and ensure 100% in-stock availability.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs for hot-food locations.
• Maintain store cleanliness inside and outside, including coffee and food service areas.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and support store operations as needed.
• Support food-service operations and other duties as assigned by managers.
