Job summary

Cumberland Farms is seeking a high-energy retail leader for a Managers In Training position. You will learn to manage day-to-day store operations, support the Store Manager, and develop a strong team to deliver an outstanding guest shopping experience.

Training is structured with mentoring from Training and Supervising Managers, including exposure to our store network and vendors. Growth opportunities exist across 1500+ sites nationwide based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• Minimum Experience: 1 year retail or food experience.
• Preferred Experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role.
• ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile; deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, coaching.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and ensure 100% in-stock availability.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs where applicable.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure coffee/food service areas are up to standard.
