Job summary

Cumberland Farms is hiring for a Managers In Training role to learn day-to-day operations of a Cumberland Farms convenience store. You will train with a Training Manager and Supervising Manager, rotating shifts to understand our retail team, vendors, and guest experience. This is a full-time position with growth into bench leadership.

You will support the Store Manager, develop a strong team, and help deliver an exceptional guest shopping experience while adhering to company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School or GED.
• Preferred: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant in a leadership role.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, coaching.
• Monitor product levels and keep stock in 100% in-stock status.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety in locations with hot food.
• Maintain store cleanliness and coffee/food service areas; delegate tasks as needed.
• Operate cash register efficiently.
• Support Store Manager and District Manager as required.
