Job summary

Cumberland Farms, Inc. is seeking a high-energy retail leader to join our team as a Managers In Training.

You will train under our Training and Supervising Managers, learn day-to-day store operations, and help deliver an exceptional guest experience at our convenience stores. This role offers growth opportunities across 1500+ sites nationwide and requires full-time availability including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School or GED.
• Minimum experience: 1 year retail or food experience.
• Preferred experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant in a leadership role.
• ServSafe/Food Safety certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor product levels and keep stock full on the sales floor.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs in hot-food locations.
• Maintain clean and organized store appearance; manage coffee and food service areas as needed.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
• Support Store Manager in overseeing safety and merchandising guidelines.
