Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a store team, execute merchandising and marketing initiatives, and drive profitability. The role emphasizes developing staff, maintaining store standards, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The Store Leader Trainee will work with an Assistant to build a strong leadership team, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure a safe, welcoming store for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management is preferred.
• A valid Driver's License from the state of residence is required.
• High School diploma or GED preferred, especially with retail management experience.
• Ability to multi-task and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership for all store employees.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive change and profitability.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the rewards program.
• Ensure a clean, safe store with proper health and sanitation procedures.
