7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations, supervise staff, and ensure outstanding customer service. You will work closely with the Store Leader to train teammates and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership alongside Store Leader.
• Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants and developing leaders.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Promote our loyalty program and manage cash handling processes.
• Keep the store clean, safe, and stocked in compliance with health procedures.
