Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations, mentor staff, and ensure excellent customer service. You will implement merchandising strategies and manage day-to-day store performance, driving profitability and operational excellence.

The role calls for experience in retail supervision, a focus on training, and a commitment to consistent store standards. This is a full-time on-site role with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching.
• Develop leaders and retain staff through strong mentorship.
• Oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Use store reports and P&L to drive changes.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and comply with health/sanitation procedures.
