7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store team, oversee merchandising initiatives, and drive profitability while delivering excellent customer service.

The Store Leader will mentor staff, manage daily operations, and ensure high standards are met across store performance. Ideal candidates bring supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to work within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Focus on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote rewards loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by following health and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; candidates with at least one year of retail management experience accepted.
