Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store team, drive merchandising initiatives, and ensure excellent customer service. The role emphasizes training, coaching, and developing staff while achieving profitability and high store standards.

The Store Leader Trainee will work with the leadership team to execute programs, manage daily operations, and promote the rewards loyalty program. 7-Eleven emphasizes internal advancement and training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with 1 year retail management experience.
• Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Desire to maintain high retention by developing leaders and empowering employees.
• Ability to oversee merchandising and marketing programs and use store reports to drive changes.
• Proficient with cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Develop leaders, empower staff, and maintain high retention.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs and implement them in-store.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive operational improvements.
