Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Store Manager to lead a store team, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive profitability through merchandising and promotions. The role includes coaching staff, managing cash handling and rewards programs, and maintaining a safe, clean store environment with adherence to health standards.

The position emphasizes teamwork, internal advancement, and a hands-on leadership approach in a retail setting. Training programs support growth and excellence in store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail management or supervision.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Solid customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with P&L, merchandising, and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead store team, including training and coaching customers and staff.
• Drive profitability through merchandising and marketing initiatives.
• Utilize P&L and store reports to make improvements.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and rewards program promotions.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment with health and sanitation standards.
