7-Eleven is seeking a Store Manager to lead a store team, drive profitability, and coach staff to deliver exceptional customer service. The role emphasizes training, merchandising execution, and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

The Store Leader Trainee will develop leadership skills through training programs and practical store responsibilities, with opportunities for advancement within a strong internal promotion culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; retail mgmt exp valued.
• Ability to lead and develop staff to achieve store goals.
• Strong communication and problem solving for customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coach store employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Develop leaders and improve retention through coaching and mentoring.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs to maximize sales.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive changes and profitability.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and rewards promotions.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment per health and safety policies.
