Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience supervising store staff and leading a team.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to train employees.
• Ability to analyze store reports and manage P&L to drive profitability.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs.
• Valid driver's license preferred where required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead store merchandising and marketing initiatives to drive profitability.
• Develop the skills of the entire store team and coach staff.
• Ensure customers are well taken care of and provide excellent service.
