CVS Health Corporation is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. The 16-week self-paced, collaborative training includes virtual and hands-on learning with guidance from district leaders, HR partners, and coaching from a Store Manager.

Successful SMIT participants actively engage with leadership, support the management team, and work toward promotion within the designated market.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience or experience as a CVS Supervisor
• A four year college degree is preferred
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Participate in the SMIT program to develop toward a Store Manager role
• Support a store leadership team and lead in alignment with CVS values
• Engage in merchandising, inventory management and store profitability initiatives
• Communicate effectively with team and customers to provide high levels of service
