CVS Health is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role. The 16-week, self-paced, collaborative training blends virtual and hands-on learning with guidance from District Leaders, HR, and Store Manager coaches.

Successful SMITs actively engage with leaders, contribute to store leadership, and align with CVS values while pursuing promotion opportunities within the market.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication to support and lead your team.
• Deliver customer care with high service levels.
• Execute merchandising strategies to grow store sales.
• Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with your leader in learning experiences to support promotion.
• Support the store as a management team member and lead in CVS values.
• Engage colleagues in the company purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
• Be willing to accept promotion roles within the market you work in.
• Transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores within the designated market as needed.
• Work a schedule that may vary based on business needs.
