CVS Health Corporation is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop you into a future CVS Store Manager. The 16-week, self-paced training blends virtual and hands-on learning with support from district leaders, HRBP, and coaching store managers to shape your leadership journey.

You will build skills in communication, customer care, merchandising, and store operations while aiming for promotion within the designated market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervisor experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support store team as part of the SMIT program.
• Engage with store leadership and training staff to prepare for store manager role.
• Collaborate with district leaders, HR and coaches to drive development.
