Job summary

CVS Health is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop individuals for future CVS Store Manager roles. The 16-week self-paced, collaborative training includes virtual and hands-on experiences, guided by a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

Successful SMIT candidates will actively engage with leadership experiences, contribute as part of the management team, and align with CVS values.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or relevant work experience.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support and participate in the training pathway to become Store Manager.
• Lead in a manner aligned with CVS values and policies.
• Engage colleagues to support CVS’s purpose of helping people toward better health.
• Willingness to relocate/promote within the designated market and transfer between stores.
