CVS Health is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. The 16-week, self-paced and collaborative training includes virtual and hands-on experiences with District Leaders and Store Manager coaches to build your leadership capabilities.

The program emphasizes communication, customer care, merchandising execution, and inventory management while aligning with CVS values and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred in some cases.
• Retail management experience or experience as a CVS Supervisor is expected.
• A four year college degree is preferred, or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the store team toward promotion to Store Manager.
• Support the store leadership and uphold CVS values and policies.
• Engage colleagues in CVSPurpose of helping people on their path to better health.
• Manage scheduling, merchandising, inventory and store assets to drive profitability.
