CVS Health Corporation is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop you into a CVS Store Manager. The 16-week, self-paced, collaborative training blends virtual and hands-on experiences, guided by a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and a Store Manager coach.

Successful SMIT candidates participate in structured learning experiences, with a pathway to leadership within the market.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience considered in lieu of a degree.
• Retail management experience or experience as a CVS Supervisor is valued.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with your leader in learning experiences to support promotion.
• Support your store as a management team member and lead in CVS values and policies.
• Engage colleagues in support of CVS's mission to help people on their path to better health.
• Be willing to accept promotion roles within the designated market.
