Job summary

CVS Health is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. The 16‑week self-paced, collaborative training includes virtual and hands‑on experiences with guidance from a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree required or four-year college degree preferred.
• Retail management experience or experience as CVS Supervisor is a plus.

• Support store operations as a management team member during the program.
