CVS Health Corporation in Massachusetts invites you to join the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program, a development-focused pathway to becoming a CVS Store Manager. This 16-week program blends virtual and hands-on learning to build leadership and store operations skills.

You will work with a district leader, HR partner, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach to gain experience across customer care, merchandising, inventory, and profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support promotion path during SMIT program.
• Lead in the store management team and align with CVS values and policies.
• Engage colleagues in support of the company's purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
• Be willing to accept promotion roles within the designated market.
