CVS Health is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop you into a CVS Store Manager. The 16-week, self-paced program blends virtual and hands-on learning with guidance from your District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

You will engage in learning experiences and leadership opportunities while supporting customer care, merchandising, and inventory management. The program emphasizes CVS values and potential promotions within the market.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED; a four-year degree is preferred or relevant retail experience.
• CVS Supervisor experience or retail management background is considered in lieu of degree.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team during the SMIT program.
• Participate in structured training to grow toward Store Manager.
• Support store operations and budgetary goals.
• Engage with leadership and promote CVS values.
