Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is currently seeking candidates for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program. This development-focused role lasts 16 weeks and combines virtual and hands-on learning to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position.

You will work with a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach to grow as a leader who communicates effectively, manages customer care, merchandising, and inventory to drive store profitability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent retail experience.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in alignment with CVS values and policies.
• Support and coach store team to deliver excellent customer care.
• Execute merchandising strategies to drive sales and traffic.
• Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
