You will work with a district leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach to grow into a leadership role. Eligible for a full-time position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer service experience or aptitude.
• Ability to execute merchandising strategies to grow store sales.
• Ability to manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.

Responsibilities

• Engage with leader in Key Learning Experiences to support path to promotion.
• Support store as a management team member and lead consistent with CVS values.
• Engage colleagues to support the company's purpose of helping people toward better health.
